Metropet 500MG is used to treat bacterial infections of the liver, brain, stomach, intestines, bone, heart, vagina, skin. It is also used to prevent an infection before, during or after an operation, Metro Injection contains metronidazole as its active ingredient. It is an antibiotic medicine. Metro is used in patients when oral medications are not possible.
Composition :
- Metronidazole 250mg/ 500mg
Indications/Uses:
- Treat sepsis.
- Dental or oral infections.
- IBD (inflammatory bowel disease).
- The drug is able to cross the blood-brain barrier, which also makes it useful in treating inflammatory CNS diseases.
