HestaCef CV Dry Syrup contains cefpodoxime proxetil and potassium clavulanate. It’s a combination of third-generation cephalosporin with beta lactamase inhibitor. Used to treat the following bacterial infections
• Skin and soft tissue infections
• Respiratory tract infections
• Urogenital tract infections
• Gastrointestinal infections
Composition :
Each 5 ml reconstituted suspension contains:
Cefpodoxime Proxetil IP.
eq. to Cefpodoxime(100 mg)
Potassium Clavulanate Diluted IP
eq. to Clavulanic Acid(62.5 mg)
Target Species :
for Dogs and Cats
Therapeutic use : Antibiotics
Dose : 5-10 mg per kg body weight, once a day orally
or as directed by veterinarians.
